01Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and ek77 ("ek77", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ek77.vu (the "Platform").

02Eligibility

To access and use the ek77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. ek77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing any part of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party for the purpose of using the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the ek77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

ek77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

03Account Registration

To place bets or access any paid gaming content on ek77, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify ek77 promptly of any changes. ek77 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. ek77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ek77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

ek77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, violation of these Terms, or identification of a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, ek77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, any funds derived from fraudulent activity.

04Identity Verification (KYC)

ek77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities. By registering an account, you consent to ek77 conducting identity verification checks.

4.1 Documents Required

ek77 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits).
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

4.2 Timing of Verification

ek77 may request KYC documents at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the lifetime of the account. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. ek77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documents.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request (typically fourteen (14) calendar days), ek77 reserves the right to suspend the account and restrict access to funds pending resolution. In cases where documents reveal that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, the account will be permanently closed.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ek77 does not currently support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ek77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ek77 will provide reasonable notice of any changes to available payment methods.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's ek77 wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to thirty (30) minutes to be credited depending on the issuing bank. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the card issuer. ek77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.4 Player Funds

ek77 holds player funds in accounts that are separated from the company's own operational funds. Player deposits are used solely for the purpose of funding betting and gaming activity on the Platform and are not used for any other corporate purpose. Unused player balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to completion of KYC verification.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ek77 will provide written notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee to a dormant account. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

06Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ek77 Platform. Sport-specific rules (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets) are published separately within the Platform's betting rules section and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ek77 at its sole discretion. ek77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation, including where the bet is suspected to be placed using inside information, where the relevant event has already commenced at the time of placement, or where a system or pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that odds or lines are published in error (including as a result of a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure), ek77 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds and to offer the correct odds to the Player. Players are expected to act in good faith and not to exploit obvious pricing errors.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant football or sports federation). ek77 uses official data providers to settle markets and will not accept unofficial, secondary, or social media sources as the basis for settlement disputes.

6.4 Abandonment and Postponement

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion criteria for that market type are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's ek77 wallet. Sport-specific completion criteria are defined in the sport-specific betting rules.

07Casino & Slots

The ek77 live casino and slots sections operate under the rules of the respective game studios and live casino providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. By participating in any casino game or slot title, you agree to the rules of the specific game as presented within the game interface.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles available on ek77 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, live dealers operating under certified procedures. 7.2 Technical Failures

09Responsible Gaming

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human user.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting using ek77 bonuses, or any systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies intended to generate risk-free returns.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any attempt to use the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.

• Collusion with other players, Platform employees, game studio personnel, or sports participants to influence outcomes.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity to access the Platform.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward ek77 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the ek77 Platform, including but not limited to the ek77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, odds data, betting markets, and game content licensed from third-party providers, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to ek77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ek77.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek77's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ek77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ek77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ek77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. ek77 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

13Privacy & Data Protection

ek77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ek77 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Personal data collected for KYC purposes is retained only for as long as required to fulfil legal, regulatory, and operational obligations. Player payment data is processed exclusively by certified payment service providers and is not stored on ek77's own servers.

14Amendments to These Terms

ek77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ek77 will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws applicable to the operation of the ek77 Platform. ek77 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its own operational compliance.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ek77 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their jurisdiction. ek77 accepts no responsibility for any Player's breach of local law in connection with their use of the Platform.
